The reviews prior to 2021 were that they were not foreigner friendly. There was only one review in 2021 when they seemingly opened to foreigners. I myself gave the first positive review which was only recently in Apr 2022. Then there are reviews in 2022 but from repeat reviewers. That's a very short period of all positive reviews. It doesn't seem like anyone has made any reviews since.
It's possible that they had different policies during covid. Or had attracted crappy customers and reverted back. Won't know for certain unless anyone tries and posts a review again.
