That's a really odd business model you got going there, pal.

So, expensive enough to keep out the average guy, but the guys who could easily afford it would have no trouble attracting the gold-digging skanks who would go to such a place, unless they were complete fucking losers. Or maybe just clueless Arabs. Or Russians.

The price/service combination isn't far off base and the clientele that reside around the Roppongi and Azabu-Juban areas, can certainly afford it.

@Dean Kosav: pricing looks very reasonable, depending on the quality of the liquor and the ladies. Can customers get proper 領収書 for bills over 2man? Any other system charges (同伴, 本指名)?

I would avoid anything that advertises "100% English speaking girls" in Tokyo like the plague. But I suppose there is market for this, seeing that they are located smack in the expat gaijin ghetto. Good luck trying this anywhere else... not.

The deal 10,000 yen (+20%?) for two hours is not terrible. Many Filipino hostess bars charge from 4,000 yen/hour (often 50 minutes).

Liquor is top quality with a dedicated bar tender on hand to serve you anything as you like! A 領収書 can be provided for any amount spent at the bar. Dohan is 6,000 yen and 本指名 3,000.

Actually Console was a cabaret club that operated in English and employed only Japanese speaking hostesses (I know some that worked there), so no Japanese required. That was supposed to be its unique market niche I guess.
