If I boiled it down to one thing, mutually turn sex into an enjoyable fun experience.

I don't have anything specific, because enjoy a wide range of play, but notice the attitude towards sex was of greatest importance. It's the biggest distinction between women that I had great sex with and those where the sex was terrible. Like with some women, sex turned into a nerve racking super serious hospital like medical procedure filled with her: insecurities, fears, "don't do list", or laziness. Then there were women that could just let go, relax, are enthusiastic, and we have lots of fun.
