BBBJ and Japan

Right, but there are many many "ordinary" diseases (including some deadly ones) that you can get from kissing and exchanging saliva, including all of the ones that can be transmitted by coughing and sneezing (which spray tiny saliva droplets into the air and onto other people). It is sort of surprising that people don't worry more about getting diseases from kissing (whether in a p4p or np4p context) if they are going to worry about STDs. I suspect it is simply because STDs seem scarier and are more stigmatized.

I think that depends on whats going around. If there is an Ebola outbreak in the country, i would not kiss strangers or work at all.
If flu is really going around i may be extra wary, try to make sure someone is not under the weather before kissing.

However, the general risks of colds and flu dont bother me and I haven’t had the flu in years.

That probably means you have a strong and healthy immune system, but of course not everyone does. Lots of people suffer from the flu nearly every year (without kissing or having sex with strangers)...and a few even die, including a very few young and healthy people when it is a bad year (or a whole lot of them in 1918!).

Of course, being cautious about kissing or sex partners who appear to be sick is only common sense, whether p4p or np4p.

I once had a *literally* hot young escort show up in my hotel room (outcall); she was burning up with fever. I'm glad I touched her moments before we were about to kiss...just in time to notice! (I gave her some money for her trouble and some extra for a taxi fare home, and she admitted that she was feeling quite sick.)

Anyway, I did not mean to suggest that anyone should generally refrain from kissing for health reasons...would be absurd imo. Rather I just wanted to again note how differently people think about different sorts of risks, even very similar risks in slightly different situations.

I am sure that in a parallel but opposite world to ours, there is a guy named Wwanderer who gets huge pleasure from telling people that they are correct, that their logic is sound, and that they are all smarter than him.

You mean someone who enjoys telling lies? Most of the people in this world I live wouldn't know sound logic from a wet raccoon.

Though this one is a bit easier. People are more scared of STDs than dying in the back seat of a taxi because not all deaths are equal in their mind. So they think the risk of dying today by being thrown out of the car window and smashing your head in the process is actually preferable for dying with AIDS thirty years from now because you let someone come inside you.

Even though I am quite sure the latter feels much better today and also gives you several decades extra living and of course the medical people more time to save you. Like they actually did with HIV, nobody in the developed world (and with developed we mean one with universal healthcare, not some backward place like USA) actually now dies of AIDS anymore.

Well, one can explain their wife how they got a cold but not how they got an std ;)

LOL! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Brilliant come back, very clever...not quite a literal LOL, but close!

And while I know that it must get annoying to hear, what am I suppose to do when I'm right...not mention it? :D

Anecdotally and very sadly, this comparison is all too real to me. While I've never personally known an escort or SB in Japan (or elsewhere) who ever got anything serious (i.e., not easily curable with meds) from BBBJs (or other sexual activity), I did have (still have, sort of, but never get to see her any longer) an extremely sweet SB who nearly died and did suffer some permanent brain damage from a traffic accident that happened "out of the blue" in Osaka one day a few years ago.

Dont be silly. Nobody is ever right or wrong on the internet.

I think GFE is more about having a comprehensive encounter and avoiding a wham bam thank you mam experience. I had capped boyfriends in my private life when I had a sore throat or avoided BJ for a few days. I was still their gf lol

I don’t mind if someone avoids kissing me, (I understand because I am a germaphobe too. However I also enjoy sex and become grumpy when I don’t have it) but: half of the world population is already affected by Herpes Simplex 1 virus which causes oral sores. We may already be affected but not having symptoms due to a strong immune system. The other one that causes genital sores is more rare I think and the frequency depends on the country or gender. I wanted to get tested for these but my doctor told me there’s no point getting tested, if you get the sores you will know.
..and ooo ooh baby I don’t wanna know

This thread is going endless. Maybe we better close..,

Why in the world would you say that? Yes we know you are the BBBJ queen and don’t think much of others who prefer to offer or receive CBJ. But the fact that the thread is going on is evidence that there are a lot of strong views on the subject and that it is worth discussing. I for one have found it very enlightening. If you aren’t interested just ignore the posts but please leave it to Chris to decide when it’s time or not the time to shut down a thread, OK.

This thread was quite eye opening for me too. I could never imagine there were so many men who are okay with CBJ or strictly prefer it. Thanks for sharing your perspective on the subject and helping me overcome my hospital anxiety.

Everyone has a different risk management system and a set limit to the amount of risk they take. BBBJ became too risky for me as of this week due to a minor medical procedure (I’m ok now) and it was a wake up call for me to change my policy for good. I had to contact my clients who already made an appointment and explain the situation and I offered my new pricing to compensate for the last minute surprise. All of them were understanding and no appointments were cancelled :) :)

Just a quick question: do you mind then if the client asks you to use super thin condoms (like the 0.01) ?

No i don’t. Normally I carry skinless with me but 0.01-3 are ok. They come with Okamoto’s special lubricant that I use for handjobs or ball massage. (It is also good for men with sensitive nipples who request nipple play) I don’t use lube on a daily basis because I am low volume but I will definitely have to use lube for thin condoms because of the risk of breaking. Is skinless not doing it for you?

I have to say, while the taste of rubber doesn’t bother me and diseases do worry me... i do really like giving a bbj! Just wish it was risk free.

Yeah me too.. I like giving it and watching a guy’s facial expression. Who actually likes condoms anyway? We wear them because we have to. It’s just for me it’s a bit riskier now.

Few months ago a girl I was getting intimate for the first time told me she doesn't like condoms and therefore tried to stop me for putting one on. My answer was I and everyone else don't really use them because we like them, but she ain't getting the BO without one.

After the event I then actually remembered I was not telling the whole truth, I remembered one guy who told me he likes condoms because without one he comes too soon in intercourse. So there is this one guy in the world who likes them.

I don't think this one is sold in Japan. It's really different from Okamoto products sold in Japan - it's not thin, easily broken (when you pull it hard), and.......the size is larger than most Japanese condoms.
Ok well 3 reasons for me not to buy it then :D

i really wish i asked for a condom when i received a bbbj recently... ended up getting a uti... test didn't show any STI however i'm suffering from pain everytime i have to pee... on antibiotics but still painful urination. i am hoping it goes away and gets cleared up. the person i saw stated they showed negative on their std/sti checkup...
