Best place in Tokyo for girls with small breasts?

I've noticed most Gaijin friendly places have more girls with D+ advertised but I'm more a fan of B-C and sometimes A's. I'm currently staying in the Taito area and explored Kabukicho and Yoshiwara but none of the shops peaked my interest.

I did see one girl on the Kin Pei Bai Platinum site that is essentially what I'm looking for. However, on my earlier stroll around Yoshiwara I couldn't find the place....

This is my first time in Yoshiwara and the countless touts calling me over made it a little more difficult to search more thoroughly. I speak basically little to no Japanese however, so my options appear to be limited. But I am an average height South East Asain with light skin almost similar to a tan Japanese person.

Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.

The building with the red circle around the door? The letters seem to match up
 
Not sure if this shop accepts non Japanese, especially with no Japanese speaking ability and this is Deri-heru, means no FS is guaranteed. But they are specialized for gentlemen who prefer their girls to have small chest.

They refuse foreign nationals according to their site. Sucks as that place looks promising

Oh...I am sorry. I should have checked the content before just pasting the link.
I was originally looking for the other shop in shinjuku called "手のひらサイズ" but it seems like they no longer exist.

I believe I've found the girl I 100% want, she works at L Queen, but I'm wondering how this place is for someone who speaks very little Japanese? It's said to be foreigner friendly but on the site says to bring a "Japanese Companion". Would I be OK to show up on the day alone and ask for the girl I want? Or should I ring up ahead of time as she's in this Thrusday?

Also, any idea what cost bracket this girl will be in?

Any idea how much the foreigner tax is for L Queen? From the Yoshiwara guide it appears to be about ¥10000

Then that is the guest knowledge there is in TAG. They say you would need to have a Japanese friend with you to enter at the home page. Guessing this would mean you need a high level of Japanese to get in alone.
 
Oh I should've mentioned it doesn't have to be a soapland experience, I wouldn't mind Pink Salons, Oppai bars (ironic I know..), Delivery Health etc.
