From previos posts, It sure sounded like others had difficulty finding it, despite the Google map and directions. Frankly, if I had followed those and saw only that dark, unmarked stairway, I might similarly conclude that it was the wrong location and not go in. I am grateful for the photo confirmation.
There is a reason that HBs keep a fairly low profile I imagine. Unlike nearly all establishments in that neighborhood, Bliss Out does not have prominent garish neon signs advertising what is going on inside etc. I don't really know, but I suspect that these places are not tolerated if they become too high profile or obvious. Perhaps it is not a great idea to spotlight them too directly and explicitly in an open public forum such as TAG.
That was my immediate thought when I saw the posted photo.

Take a moment to think for a second why you don't see pictures and a map on their website (or any other site), or why veterans don't post such. If they wanted everybody running into their club, they would put a big neon sign over it. All such places try to keep a low profile. That's HBs, CKs, Fetish Clubs, hand jobs, blow jobs, etc... Want easy to find clubs, where any drunk half-wit can jump in, there is Roppongi and Shibuya for that.
Anybody that takes a second to use the maps and descriptions can find it, with a tiny bit of brain power, and as you obviously did. If you are trying to help out lost pals, there is private messages. A private message can be used for your personal confirmation.
If a person can't follow directions, speaks zero Japanese, has no friends to escort them, is clueless about the area, then maybe such places aren't for them.
