I asked if forginers were allowed to visit and if any of the women spoke english. Below is the response I got. I did google translate and its still a bit confusing it says:

    お問い合わせ有難う御座います。

    大変申し訳ないんですけど英語が得意な女性
    はいません。

    遊びに来られる分大丈夫です。

    Google Translated:
    Thank you for your inquiry.
I'm very sorry but English women are good
    No Yes.
It is a minute all right to come to play.

Anyone care to help with that? I think it says they dont speak english but its ok to come and play. If so...then I may have found a new spot!

I think you are missing the end of the 2nd sentence.

Probably too late, but just fwiw, they say none of the girls speak English but you are welcome to visit and play anyway.

You can keep it as reference. Usually Japanese send mail with the same style. I provided it to you for a guidance in future. Hope it will be helpful.
