First song of your day

Surprised to find Carlos Santana had re-recorded “Oye Como Va”, but it’s for a good cause.

The gig was part of multimedia music project Playing For Change’s Peace Through Music event, which is in partnership with the United Nations, to support social justice and the rights of Afro descendants.

Here I go!
At last I contribute to this daunting 676+ posts thread. It’s gonna take me months to listen to all what you’ve shared here.

But I couldn’t pass on that great song, which you should preferably listen along the whole album:

One of the classics from the original TG…;)

Wolfman: This gives me a hard on.
Hollywood: Don't tease me.

Looking forward to seeing TGM!

I saw a guy in the street wearing a T-shirt with the album cover. Made me want to listen to it.

It’s been raining hard in the city. By mid-afternoon, the rain just made me recall a classic song by The Band.

Written by lead guitarist Robbie Robertson, “Up on Cripple Creek” had the late, great Levon Helm on lead vocal and drums.
