Hello From Canada

Yes, Bali An is great and foreigners friendly.
Anyone tried the more newish ones around? Pasha, Forsion etc
Hotel Pasha, pasha resort, forsion, d wave, perrier and an are all owned by the same group and belong the upper catagory of love hotels, very nice.
The best one of those is hotel pasha, which has some really luxury rooms if you are willing to pay a lot, but dont confuse it with pasha resort which is more in the center of kabuki cho and has very small rooms (although still clean and nice design).

Compared to Bali An, its a matter of personal taste of course but to me bali an looks too themed and plastic, which doesn't impress me. I like the marble and classy designs of pasha much better.
