How to get Viagra or other ED pills in Tokyo.

I have been to all of the referenced clinics. Including the new 3rd block one. The new interior cannot compensate in my mind for being more expensive and having a much more limited selection of product. Not to mention it’s a longer walk from the station and has more limited business hours. Is a shiny new space worth all that really? Some people like their routine I suppose.

I went to United Ueno the other day. It was closer to my office than Shibuya so I went there. Everything was done in Japanese. I forgot how much I paid for the medicine.

The price seems to be cheaper than Shibuya West based on their website.

What about valium? Any trouble getting that over here? Valium + half a cialis + alcohol is my usual cocktail for an evening well spent.
 
I found a place the other day. Personal Health Clinic. It’s near Okachimachi st. ED/PE pills, STD check/treatment too. Thats the link to the English site, the Japanese site has more info. The place was crowded when I went with a good mix of guys, girls, young, and old.

English capable. Doc speaks English as well as one of the receptionist and nurse/assistant. But the announcements are in Japanese as is the screen in the lobby that tells you which room to go to. Also, when they call your number to get your prescription, it doesn’t go on the display, it’s the receptionist calling out your number so you have to understand spoken numbers in Japanese at least.

I'm approaching 50 and find it's becoming common where I sort of go limp a little bit over the hour/session now and again. Haven't used medical enhancements yet, but perhaps I should look into it. What are the older guys out there experience with boner pills combined with P4P?

Before you take the medical approach, have you tried booking hotter providers?

But seriously - I found that my issues were treated very effectively by increasing my cardio levels and improving overall fitness, with no need for medication. More time on the treadmill, less time wearing a feedbag.

Bonus: The cardio area of the gym is usually filled with hotties in spandex.

Funnily enough, inspired to increase the cardio levels by a session with an insanely fit provider who wore me out to the point that she was a little concerned for my well being.

Totally agree.

As someone who definitely does not appear to be a paragon of fitness, there are two things that have kept me from ever having any flaccidity problems: 1. I drink a ton of water every day 2. I walk an average of 5-8 km every day. Recently, too much at stress from time at work has inspired me to increase the cardio/do some HIIT, and it absolutely helps.

Sure good health helps. There are a shitload of other things guys can also do to improve but rarely do.

Kegels, no porn, stop jerking. Or if absolutely must jerk, reduce frequency, don‘t use porn, and don’t use your hands. I.e. use fleshlight or tenga etc. with plenty of lube

This is the way.

Or just take the pills, what's wrong with that?
(that is a serious question by the way, what is the down side of taking pills other than the cost and the phycological dependency)

Don't get me wrong, I support people to have a "healthy lifestyle" whatever that means to the individual.

Just going to put this here.

I tried 3 clinics around shibuya :

1.Shibuya 3rd Block Clinic : doctor speaks english. price relative high. quite discreet, but last time I visit for 3rd times, there were doctor lady confirming if my name is real or not.

2. United clinic shibuya : price is cheap, especially their inhouse generic viagra. They requires real name and phone number. I couldnt recognize if their generic belongs to approved brand in japan. I dont remember if doctor speak English.

3. Shibuya west clinic : review on google is 2 but I went anyway.doctor speak english. they dont need phone number. cheapest generic cialis with brand approved in Japan that I could find for towa pharmacy (OD tablet that can be easily cut into two.).
