Actually, she may be listed on the Red Dragon, but she almost never comes in. I heard that she appeared breifly for a time, but not at all in the past 2 years.

Prostitution is NOT legal in Vegas (though it is VERY common). It is legal in areas of Nevada where it is not forbidden by local laws...but Vegas is not one of those areas.
