Hope that i post this question in the right section.

Looking around the web i discovered the International Party...
During my Tokio holiday i'll have the choice to join 2 international parties.
Friday 1 April in Shinjuku http://www.international-party.jp/

What do you think about this kind of party? waste of time?
or could be a good change for meet japanese girls and make "new friends" ?

I'll travel alone and i dont like to spend the night in disco, maybe this party could be fun....

If you are just looking for a social outlet, that's fine. Unless you are really good at talking to women, you probably aren't going home/to a love hotel with anyone, especially if you are only in town for a few days. As MossBoss said, most of the women are there to meet Mr Right, not Mr Right Now.

There's other choices besides int'l parties and discos...there's plenty of western themed bars like the Hub where Japanese women go, but that's probably only a little better than an international party.

you have confirmed my thought of what I read on the net, namely that people wrote alot of bullshit and create urban legends about find a super horny japanese girls in this kind of party ready for have sex with a turist guys or western men in general.

Anyway, as i wrote before i'll travel alone, i have a busy schedule program about many things to do and place to visit and this party maybe could be a good way for socialize and spent some time after i'll be around all day for visit the city.

You might strike lucky if you are in the right place at the right time. You could also try to set up some dates beforehand online, but it takes time and it is a gamble.

There are Japanese / non-Japanese escorts available who can speak English if you want to go down that route.

I think people gave you a pretty bleak outlook on international parties. I don't do them because generally the quality is lacking but I have friends who go and pull the same night regularly from them. This idea that the women there are all out there looking for husbands is a bit curious... Many of them are happy going home with you if you got the gift of gab and balls. International parties in general are kind of known for their ease compared to other venues, at least among my circle..sort of like playing a video game on "easy"mode

actually it pretty much depends on your will. if you are willing to hook up u can get some

Coming back to the original poster, since you are on transit, try to keep the conversation away from the shortness of your stay and instead focus it on how to continue the night and or when to meet again. You can easily walk out with 4-5 numbers minimum. All in all just enjoy your night. How bad can it be talking to lots of Japanese girls of all ages and backgrounds

spend 2 days with the girl i met from the chat.
Saturday we went to Asakusa, Ueno Park and Akihabara.

Did you try? Or just scan the room, see a bad ratio, and give up without even giving it a shot?

Remember the battle is against yourself, not other dudes. It's about what you did not what you imagined or thought might be the case from a distance without actually trying it. For all you know those girls were bored to death by the six dudes talking to them and were waiting for someone real to come along
