Starting slowly and then going deep is fine but sometimes in western porn guys forefully stick it into the girls throat or vag. Even with oral sex you need some lubrication to keep it sloppy otherwise it hurts the mouth. Porn sometimes creates unrealistic expectations.

Think so. I’ve also seen that Caribbean uploads content without mosaics, and it’s landed them in hot water in the past. However, the company that owns them is based in LA(though they cater to Japanese viewers and Japan primarily), so I think it might also be a bit of a loophole with censorship laws and the like too. Because they get top tier AV idols from time to time, I usually see people keeping up with them to catch an uncensored video with one of their faves haha
