Is the place gaijin-friendly? I speak very little japanese, will they let me in?

NHP is gaijin friendly. Not sure whether Japanese is required but I didn't see English information anywhere inside.

NHP is gaijin friendly (i.e., they won't turn you away if you aren't Japanese), but generally you speak and understand enough Japanese to understand the tencho and the girl. Most of the instructions are pretty standard, but only some of the girls speak any English at all, and there's enough interaction with them that they probably don't feel safe with someone they can't communicate with.

I looked for this place last month, and couldn't find it either.

I snooped in and around the St. James building (メトロビル) for a good while, but the only thing there that looked remotely close was a girl's bar called Honey. It's on the third floor, not the fifth, but believe me, I climbed all the way to the top.

It's a bit odd that the website is still up, though.
