Momo cafe Ikebukuro experience

I was wondering what are the men's age range, while you were waiting around ? How creepy would it be to go there as a 60 years old for example ?

Makes sense! Might try one time of each if I can just for the experience. Did you ever try Kirari as well? I think Momo Cafe and Kirari are the most popular deai kissas in Tokyo.
I've tried Kirari a few years back and I still have my membership card. I just can't use since I live in Osaka, but I do use it when I visit Tokyo. I have written some of my experience with it and even posted a review here on TAG when I used the reverse nampa branch in Shibuya. Just look for my review. I highly recommend Kirari Cafe.

I would say the youngest guys the would be in their mid-40s. A 60 year old person wouldn't be out of place there, I once saw someone in his 70s though. The more important thing here is Japanese speaking ability. If you have zero Japanese or can barely speak or understand Japanese this place is not for you.

Have you been to Momo Cafe (or kirari) since? The post was back from 2016, so wondering if post COVID anything changed in terms of the crowd, type of people, etc.

I haven't been recently, but I would say that the demographics haven't changed. You won't find guys in their 20s or 30s. Basically those guys are looking for the best bang for their buck. They would try to haggle and they end up staying there longer than necessary. When a nice looking girl shows up they all swarm around her profile and race to negotiate with the girls. It's a fun experience if you have lots of time. With the reverse nampa girls are proactive and if there are lots of girls on the other side you will get called faster like once every 5 or 10 mins.

I saw men ranging from 20s to maybe 60s from all walks of life. Some of the younger ones dressed like playboys and some of the older ones were dressed like laid back retirees. Average ages skewed towards 40-50 maybe which I suspect is similar for any compensated dating.

I can speculate that any group can have success since I could see them nominate a girl, and neither of them come back. I however have no idea if other people use the same cost negotiations. However an escort friend of mine says she prefers old men, so age might not be much of an issue.

I think it's more because, old men = more money. The younger guys don't have much money compared to old men. Agree that most men would be in 45-55 age range. I was easily the youngest guy whenever I went there as I was 33 or 34 back then.

Agreed. I knew someone who started dating a guy in his 20s she met in kirari.
And some girls claim the guys in professional fuuzoku are older and the ones in deai cafe are younger.

I think it's really a mixed bag and you can expect anything anywhere. There are always gonna be some young guys who are not good at dating girls and want to lose their v card or who don't want a relationship because it intervenes with their free time but they do want to be with a girl sometimes when they feel like it.
Similarly there are always gonna be some older guys who want to be with a hot woman who's a bit younger than them, varying from 10 to 40 years younger (or more or less) based on their personal preferences, lol.
Guys probably just pick whatever service they stumble upon or hear about from someone, same as with TAG. None of the shops have a maximum age limit for customers, except maybe for some places that are for mutual hook ups and where one side does not pay the other.

Similarly, some old people are stingy and poor (which is a bit sad given they had their whole life to make it) and some young people are in a position to spend a lot because they still live at home and I personally know young guys who prefer a long GFE. Nothing is age completely age dependent imo.

You are right to a certain degree, but me visiting soaplands a lot I can tell that it is kinda obvious that the people goint to these places vary. I don't know the dynamics and why, but at some places you have a lot of young guys (maybe to loose their virginity) and at other places you only see fucking old guys. It really is noticable, don't ask me why.....I had good experiences in a lot of places, but for me it is always fun to look at the other guys in the waiting rooms.

I like your take on this. People are all unique individuals and there are likely many different motivations for people to go. Just because many go for sex, doesn't mean that is all that the service is there for.

With a good (maybe lucky) match up, then this is a good alternative to kyaba for talking or SL for sex. Cost effective if you're lucky enough to find what you want quickly, but it's not a certainty. But nothing in life is a certainty anyways.

Great info, thanks! I'm in it more for the experience than anything, so definitely looking forward to failures and success. Really interested in seeing the different types of girls there and their profiles. I'm between just going for food/drink and only hotel, so curious how many are open to a combo of both (women willing to spend some time). Doesn't sound like it's too common but very interested now. I'll be going again in a couple months, so will share my experiences then.

Really glad you made this thread. This was something I heard of, but never was interested until now. Gave me one more thing to look forward to my next trip there. Going for about 3 weeks, so definitely will have time to go a handful of times if it's my cup of tea.

I didn't know places like this existed, now I have to try it, although my reading and writing skills are quite terrible compared to speaking. How likely is it that these girls will want to meet again? Is it usually a one time date or have you found someone consistent?

Is the young/old demographics you say at specific places or certain days/times?
I usually only see middle age guys in the waiting rooms, where do you see young guys?

It's possible depending on chemistry and their needs/wants. I have been seeing one woman that I met at Momo consistently. I've gotten Line contacts from others, but had no real urge to pursue. One girl declined giving me contact info saying this part of her life was a secret.

The one consistent girl is now more like a SB. Typical SB type of communications and support. For me this is much more enjoyable and affordable in the long run.

Honestly after today's experience I might try this next time I am in Japan, sex is great, especially for someone who was a virgin not too long ago but the struggles of communication that caused giggles and little kisses were really something I never knew I enjoyed this much. It helps that I was much more confident too, hopefully next time I make trip I got a bunch more saved to show girls a good time instead of being ridden like a mechanical dildo.
