Today, I cannot complain a whole lot, since it's an easy day and the long weekend will be here in just a few short hours!
This workmate of mine who sits across the way, still manages to keep her job even though she doesn't do a damn thing. She's not annoying me today, but she came up to me this morning and asked if I was going to work over the holiday weekend to which I snapped "No." She had this shocked look on her as if I killed her dog. eh?
She's one of those people who stay late to 'look good' in the manager's eyes, but in the end, she doesn't produce anything of value. Yet again today, she's speaking to me as if I don't work hard enough and she's shocked that I won't be coming in for the next three days. The hell....
Ah, but she can't ruffle my feathers today... my year-end work is about done and I'm leaving the office today, on-time and happy as a kitten with a fresh fish in her paws.
I do wish she would just get married and quit. /begs
