I think generally anything BB with the woman's genitals will give a high risk for STD. Doing DATY and BB sumata may give less contact exposure... but still. Herpes, HPV, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia can still be transmitted to our mouth and genitals via sumata. May be not so different from BBFS

Have you ever received messages from providers that they have an STD and advice you to get tested?

For me it has happened twice. Both times they caught chlamydia and advised me to get tested.
I really appreciate honest providers who dare to do this and I would obviously do the same thing in return.

And no need to speculate who the ladies we're, this was a long time ago, I just wanna hear if anyone else have experienced this.

I have - but only because she fortunately had my contact info and (apparently) liked me enough to mention it.

Many will NOT, because the shop has liability if you contract an STD while playing there. Granted, the liability is only 10K, but they're not about to send a blanket communication to everyone that might have had a session with a particular lady since her last test, with a popular girl that could be several million yen.
