It's not an escort site, it's for sugar dating. It's originally from the US and is probably often used for long time arrangements there. In Japan, many of the guys who use it come to Japan for a business trip or something, so it might be used for escort deals (one time arrangements) more often here.
Anyway, you cant make a profile stating you're an escort there or stating hourly rates (it gets deleted) and its essencially made to negotiate sugar dating arrangements.
