Fukubukuro gyaku massage.
Customers pay to massage the women, before they start they get to pick a "lucky bag" that will contain the special rules for the encounter.
For example, it could be cosplay, toys, suck on boob, or what ever would work for the shop and staff. This keeps it fresh for both customers and providers.
Could also work for a normal non-gyaku session I suppose.

At this point I kinda gotta ask, is the idea here to propose an actual business theme or just what we dream of for a rub & tug?

I've hesitated to comment too much on other proposals but some of the stuff so far is either completely unrealistic for business or very likely illegal.

- Why not create a more brighter and lively esute? The rooms are always dark, why not brigthen them up. Have the feeling that one is getting massaged outdoor ... in a tropical island ... instead of a dark room. Each room having different themes.

- Or how ahout this. Client pays 2H course, he gets into room #1 and gets girl A to massage him. After 30mins client thanks the girl and goes to room #2 and girl B continues massage. He felt girl B was good and stays 60min. Then client thanks girl then goes to room #4 and gets girl D to finish the 2H course. The client could at anytime request an HE. Or more than one. Colored band could be used to signify that this boy is single pop, that boy is multi-pop (option w/ extra payment). Red or green lights by the door of the rooms. And have a special room that has 2 therapists!
