The 396yen morning combo of a hotdog and a small cup of blend coffee at Doutor might just be the greatest light meal/breakfast on the planet. Both coffee and hotdog are executed perfectly and taste delicious. Michelin perfect. Every fucking time. Price is very fair if not cheap. If only every service/product were like this.

On the other hand an adult cream pie in the morning is not all what you'd hope. It's not bad, but the coffee that they gave me with it is probably good only for practising to be in the receiving end of a golden shower.

So finally someone here tried this already famous cream-pie! Thanks to TOFTT!
Don’t care much for the coffee but did you enjoy the cream pie? Enough quantity? Smooth? Well spread?

It was OK. I took the white one for authenticy; There is definitely more than the average 15 ml of cream in there and the taste is enjoyable sweet. Maybe they were drinking pineapple juice while making it?

It's kind of sticky though and doesn't leak out even if you take a bite which was a bit bummer. The external parts are also a bit too similar to their apple pies. Softer and better though, but it still doesn't tempt you to go all in with your face.

Still except the golden shower tasting coffee I felt I got my money's worth. Recommended, will repeat.

Does anyone actually use the term 'cream-pie' in the sexual sense outside of titles of porn movies though? I mean I see it in titles of porn movies but Ive never heard anyone use it to describe the sexual act, or seen it written in sexual literature, the actors don't even say it when talking dirty, they'd always say 'cum inside me' etc rather than 'give me a cream pie'.

I get its kinda funny McDonalds have called their dessert that but I think its been blown out of proportion a bit on twitter. If I were skeptical I may even say that the marketing department of McDonalds knew the buzz that this would create.... McDonalds Japan have several native English speakers in senior positions in marketing so the 'they really should have someone who speaks English check this before releasing it' line I see a lot online makes no sense.

Good points but probably the english speaking guys there just chuckled and made no objection
They know their clients are 99% japanese anyway and don’t know the sexual meaning

I wonder how many native English speakers know the sexual meaning?

To me, a deviant, the first thing that comes to mind when I see of hear POV is 'point of view' and related to porn. But I remember having a conversation in the office a few years ago when someone was asking what 'POV' meant (in this situation, it was not sexual at all) me and the IT guy started sniggering and were like 'seriously, you don't know' until we both quickly realized that nobody else (mostly native English speakers) were laughing and they genuinely wanted to know why we were laughing and what it meant.

Well tbh I had to check it on Urban Dictionary now. Definitely never heard it before in that sense.
Cream Pie in the sexual sense seems more commonly known though

I think you might be on to something there. Obviously a site full of old seasoned perverts like TAG is not the right place to do that survey. But if you go to the Higher Being and ask him (also called googling) both the Japanese and the English search just brings you pages and pages of baked pies.

And yes, I have also seen it used in the other meaning only in the movie titles, and I have never heard it spoken even in the sophisticated scripts of those movies.

I hear the phrase, this is the first thing that pops to mind.

POV is the term (with other terms like BEV - bird eyes view) that has been used for many decades in film making...I remember a film class in college where the prof lectured about Ozu's sequential utilization of POV/reverse-POV shots...

This post inspired me to try Doutor for the first time. I ordered the hotdog set. Never had a hot dog for breakfast before. At a sub 400 yen price nobody could complain. It exceeded my expectations, especially the coffee. I was expecting that Japanese office coffee, that vile Unimart stuff, that induces headaches. But this Doutor blend was drinkable, a little chocolate-y with no nasty aftertaste. I am interested in the other option......the bacon and egg sandwich.

If your into bacon & egg sandwiches, Eggslut in Shinjuku really does a decent sandwich.
