No disrespect to English teachers intended, but I got to wonder about a 44 year old guy who has been here since at least 2011 who is working as an ALT and hanging out in Roppongi. Obviously he is just working for the (low?) paycheck. And whats with that hat and hairdo?
Anyway, this slime ball has now been in trouble at least twice. He will definitely offend again if given a chance, no doubt about it. You read a lot about how unreasonably strict the sex offender laws are in the US with the requirement to register your presence when you move house - and some of them have to wear those ankle alarms and whatnot. What should the J legal penal system do with this guy? I say at least 5 years in the slammer and then a one way ticket out of here. They should also tattoo RAPIST in big letters on his chest like in the movie.
