Depends on the day. Friday and Saturday are good at 7pm, busy from after 5pm. Sunday the bar closes at 7 so most people are there around lunch time. Weekdays are hit or miss but usually after 6pm. A big Factor are the events going on. Today is the wax event which was pretty popular. Tomorrow is the valentine's event and it will be very crowded.

wish i could goooooo!!!! and i caught my flight with plenty of time left the other day. hahahah.
