I’ve taken to following “fitness girls” on Insta, and no joke everyone I’ve seen that tickles my pickle, in her profile or username is some variation of Fukuoka. They just breed em right down there, and teach em to look after their bodies.. gotta drag my ass down there soon.
 
I have been here half a year and have not done that once, I do not think I will do it every day all of a sudden :'(

All this drama is a bit unfair to Musk imo

Recently noticed these local police alerts from Yahoo. Usually it's those phone scams on old folks but this one broke the mold lol.

Yeah, @MikeH never had a great fashion sense , especially for shirts

So, finally all the way down in Kagoshima. Feels kinda surreal to be here after all this time! Kyushu has had the nicest people. This guy at the yakitori place let me keep 100 yen, "Service". Being a gaijin and knowing N10 level Japanese sometimes is still good enough to have a short chat and get even better value on food.

Inaka japan is so different. I like it, but sometimes I miss the convenience of being in a major metro area.

Yeah absolutely. I couldn't live so far down in Kyushu because it's just too far away from Tokyo, where most people I have met here live.
