Acceptable level of exciting flirtation in the office

Having an Euro boss, I notice flirtation from time to time. He checks on me from his room while calling, sometimes quick glance on my lips, come close when he comes to my desk and spks to me, etc...it's fun. I enjoy that.

I think to get involved too much, is what you want to avoid, and smart, well experienced people can handle well. But, for those with low morality, lower IQ, tend to make a move, take it more of physical contact, which can be very much taboo, may cause trouble.

What was your most juicy level of, not having a physical contact, but hotest flirtation nice memory with your colleagues, hot secretary, at the office? How effective it was to make you motivated at work, etc.

Offices are where you supposed to work, but there are some fun incidents. The more little playful situation, makes days blissful, less stressed by work demand pressure.

Yeah, HR can never execute themselves. But I wonder how people manage to find there future husbands in the office. i think those can be done discretely. It's such a myths to me. That's not counted as sexual harrassment. I'll watch that later.

Personally speaking having a cute & flirty girl in the office makes every day so much brighter. Don’t mind the commute, look forward to arriving every day. Plus it’s a good excuse for frequent breaks

Don’t agree about it necessarily causing trouble though, as long as both people welcome the attention, are reasonably mature, and one doesn’t report to the other there’s no problem. Though that is asking a lot

A while back I was shagging the cutest girl in the office and it was delicious going for drinks with some of the guys and hearing them talk about how cute she was. I’d just nod my head and agree while thinking “if you only knew!”. Skipping out with her for a long lunch or after dinner and dodging coworkers was great fun too

The smartest way to take advantage of all of the beautiful OLs in Japan is to introduce women from your office to your friends and ask them to reciprocate. You could be flirting at work for years, all harmless and reciprocated then all that needs to happen is for the female to change her mind, decide she doesnt wanna play any more and report you. Most likely you’ll be out of a job.

I guess, my conclusion is for PA positions, it's likely that guys hire ladies that are their type. Not sure abt Japanese guys, but for foreign guys, 90% sure that they chose, because they want her to be around and work for them. For those they don't care abt types, then they'll just focus on work, nothing fun and stay stressed. Complain time to time. Does't give much of fun environment, mostly stressed. That's my image.

I'm glad to know my boss is happy with my support and achievement. I spent quite a bit of time together and this was what I thought.

If a lady you chose, who barely talks abt some other topics from work, not even smile, they just want money from your company, would that be fun? Would boss be happy?

In short, I guess all above, it's likely to flirt, because they like you. Nothing more. We ladies must be smart to know, what would be the appropriate manner. Otherwise, we ladies loose the job, once misbehaved and some complicated thing happens. That is what we must avoid, if you want to keep that job.

Very sorry for my late response! I guess if you like them, and they like you, it happens, it's that simple, right? I asked a hot guy out for lunch, but the topic he shared, was kind of stressed up topics,,,I like his smile, he's so attractive, but I kinda have a hesitance, because the conversation wasn't fun...lots of complainment...I go lunch with senior woman, who tends to be too direct, I don't reject, and I accept it, but 25% I feel bad, but I just accept it to socialise, she's very selective.It's life learning, I guess. How to keep yourself attractive to others. So that you get more of long lunch invitation.

That said ... I don’t get to pick my PA. She’s assigned to me by our godly head of PA’s and I’m stuck with her for however long. She’s not super attractive but she’s damn good at what she does. So, that’s good enough for me. I have enough new grads to last me for the year. All a combination of hot, cute, gnd and just plain.

Personally, I prefer a Japanese female who’s had a western education or experience and gets my jokes, terrible wit and pop culture junk.
