From my experience it's most likely that the guy is just not good at sex and therefore not worth it to repeat. It's not only the women being too 'ashamed' of what she's been doing or so.

We are talking about the reality of access to sex. This isn't something equal between the sexes. This is why a lot of women go around charging men for it, but few heterosexual men can do the same. Let's not pretend we don't see the obvious.

When it comes to skill at sex, it depends on the person. Women are often as equally bad at sex as men, just in different ways. A woman can be too insecure about showing her body or her vagina, she lays on the bed like dead fish, terrible ar blow jobs, very inhibited and lacks imagination, etc... Her insecurities, lack of skill, lack of fun, or repressed sexuality can make sex difficult or unsatisfactory for men. So sexual satisfaction is relative, for both sexes.

Good PUAs study the game between men and women as it is, not construct a fantasy world of how they think things should be. They need to go outside of their mental comfort zone to learn from reality and even when the truth is bitter.
