It's gonna be hard to time it perfectly. The only way to ensure you get 2 hours short course from a love hotel with 2 hours booking of a girl would be to wait in the love hotel lobby or outside so you can go inside together and make full use of the 2 hours. If the love hotel has longer 3 hours short course then you can probably go there maybe right around the time you you gave when making the appointment. There's always going to be random traffic issues etc so that you can't really expect the drivers to drop off the girls right on the clock.

I had a few times where they dropped off the girls like 30 minutes past the original appointment times due to traffic jams etc, but those were to regular hotels and not love hotels, but similar things probably happen even if the destinations are the love hotels.

I also remembered one time from Erouto Style that they had the girl walking from the shop stand by area in Kabukicho to the love hotel in Kabukicho and I had to wait for 10 or 15 minutes for the girl to arrive after I have checked in and called them back to tell them where I checked in so I had to extend the room for 30 minutes. They didn't bother driving the girl to the love hotel. I was surprised and annoyed by that. Felt bad for the girl too.

Your worry is acutually correct that it's very hard to predict if a love hotel would be fully occupied or not around your time of appointment. Later in the afternoons or the evenings where things can get pretty busy. If you only have certain love hotels in mind it might be harder and you might have to settle for lesser ones.

Thank you for the thorough comment! My experience yesterday is basically representative of what you wrote. I had a DH reservation from 8-10pm but the girl arrived about 20 minutes late (she said she just woke up before the appt, so it could've been her fault or the shop's, who knows). Thankfully I had gotten a short stay that had a checkout time at 11 so I was good on that front to enjoy the whole 120 minute course.
I think I'll try and aim for earlier appointments to try and make it easier for myself in the meantime

Just wondering - i'd be staying at a business hotel (Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku to be exact). Would this be an "acceptable" or appropriate venue for the outcall from POV of the provider/DH outfit? Like i dont want to offend or insult anyone. Am happy to book a love hotel too but thought using my actual hotel room would be much more convenient.

It depends on the girl. If you browse Cityheaven for example, you will come across this sooner or later. Not all shops/girls mention this in their profile, but some have a little section/checkbox where it says if they are ok with Business Hotels or Home Delivery.

Lovely Hotels are convenient for all sides because they are a safe and (hopefully) clean environment where everything is provided.

Home delivery has the dangers that it's not clean, neighbors cause problems, guy is a creep with whatever in his apartment......Buiseness Hotels are of course less problematic, but it's still uncertain if enough clean towels are provided, girl could run into trouble if the hotel has a a strict policy against this etc.

If you know where you want to book, just ask. I have also ordered to business hotels in the past, but I try to avoid it.

Depends on the shop; some allow change and/or cancel, some will charge you full price regardless. Go to the System-page of your desired shop's web page and find out.

I think so far nobody mentioned that you should not just rent a room at a love hotel without telling them that you plan to bring multiple girls.

Ask at the reception if 3p are ok. They have to agree and will usually also provide additional towels for the girls when they arrive.

With a certain one (XO in Shinjuku) you can actually sneak in and if you are lucky they don’t notice it’s 3 people and you don’t get charged an extra fee.

Basically Rest is short-time, Stay is overnight and Extension is when you run over the allocated paid time.

Then the details depend on the hotel, many, like Perrier here has Stay as 3 hours normally but then they have Service Times which gives you more hours for example if you check-in between 6am and 10am your checkout is 5pm and so on.

Similarly the overnight times vary between hotels and might have several check-in and check-out times.

Extension price is usually for 30 minute intervals.

From a customer point of view it is of course less discrete and you could potentially run into trouble with your neighbors. I remember that a furnished apartment I rented for a few months had a paragraph in the contract that they will kick you out immediately if they find out you order prostitutes 😅

Onakura is more expensive compared to the average DH. I’m not comparing it to luxury DH coz that’s a totally different price point. The price in onakura quickly adds up, I’m just gonna use a rough example if the prices of one I used to go to. All-nude would cost 3k, BJ 2-3k, Deep kiss 2k, sucking on tits 2k, sumata 2k. That’s easily 11-12k on just options that would otherwise be free in a regular DH. The course length is not even included in that price. In the example that you gave the ¥12,000-¥18,000 you pay in Onakura would be equivalent to 45-60 min. session. If you go cheap DH that ¥12,000-¥18,000 could be 60-90 mins.
