This was eagerly discussed late last year. It came to nothing then in spite of two hot, willing girls (you know who you are). It will probably come to nothing this time too. This is how I think it has to be done: we already have the girls. Limit it to five guys per girl (enough of a kinky orgy for me). There has to be a gemba kantoku, somebody who is willing to take on the organizing (free entrance in return - the rest of us share the cost). Decide on a date and time at least a month in advance. Set a deadline for applications and payment. Must be prepayment (not sure how to arrange this anonymously - be creative!) Cancel if not enough guys have paid up. Book a city hotel. Have fun.

I'm ready to take the financial risk (also means the profits if any)

I pay the room and the girls. You pay me cash at the entrance. No money transfer, no bitcoin nonsense, no name needed and no question asked. You come if you want to, I will not even bother to ask for registration. If max capacity already reached when you arrive, too bad for you, you wait or go back home.

Profit or loss, whatever, Watching the show will be my main reward and as you know there is basically zero chance the ladies will accept to see me in it anyway.

Preferred date/place anyone? :)

I remember finding an old documentary on youtube, they infiltrated a love hotel which wasn't named but apparently is totally fine with orgies. It looks like a normal hotel but some of the floors, for example, have doors that don't lock automatically so you can wander from room to room.

Pretty sure places like that get raided often though.

Being willing to pay for everything in advance is something most people wouldn't be willing to do due to the risk of no shows and such, but would definitely simplify things!

There are risks/complications involved with not having any type of registering process, from not knowing in advance how many people would come and when to not being able to contact or keep track of participants should something happen at the event. Plus the ladies involved (and maybe even some of the men) may prefer to have some screening in place, for safety or even sexual preferences.

Probably best to have a couple a people (the host, ladies, men you already know who would be interested) to discuss and plan out the event first before making it official and send out "invitations". Hope it happens though and that we can read about it later in the forums!

Maybe a normal big anonymous hotel with large suites and elevators with card-reading system?
That way the organizer can go down each time a participant texts him and can go back up with him... allows for better safety and avoids dozens of guys queuing in front of the door?

Why not start small? Maybe a trial run with 3 TAG gents and 3 of the ladies of TAG? Initially it could be the locals, and as familiarity with logistics improves, we can expand from there.

Perhaps I'm just being silly.

Other than the risk overcrowding, I don't think there too much to worry about in terms of safety in that regard. I was thinking more along the lines of not knowing the type of people who will attend, if they're well behaved, play safe, stuff like that. Plus let's say something does happen (i.e. theft, an STD scare), it would be difficult to address the issue if you have no way of contacting all drop ins.

But the risk involved is also part of the appeal for some and makes things exciting. That's why I think it's important to discuss some ground rules and expectations so all the primary participants are comfortable with the arrangements.

Some of the logistics would be greatly simplified by having the event in a happening bar (Bliss Out is the most foreigner/English friendly). The finances would probably have to be handled somewhere outside the hb, but it would avoid all sorts of other hassles and would almost certainly make the ladies feel much safer and more comfortable...likely to be a key challenge imo. Condoms would be provided, drinks would be available, security should not be an issue, and the staff would even take care of the clean-up as well. Moreover, additional desirable participants among other customers who happened to be there (word play intended) might be available. Etc. The hb admission charges would add some to the cost, but avoiding the expense for the hotel room would somewhat offset it, maybe completely if it were a smallish group.

I suggest smaller sessions to start with, not any more than 5 people. I could even host one of those events.

It would be ideal to set a few dates to give people options and see how many sign up, meet in a near bar beforehand, briefly get to know each other and then move on to the designated place. It doesn't have to be a massive gathering. Smaller is more manageable.
