I don't know if the logic applies to yoshiwara since it has a completely different dynamic compared to shinjuku bars and brothels. As for me, I prefer mongering on sundays because there seems to be less people that day. I dunno if its because of work, family or religious reasons.

Also, I had two questions:

1. Supposing I am looking at a gaijin-friendly place in the 80K per 2h range. If the bios do not specified whether they are shaved, is it acceptable or unacceptable to ask who is paipan on the phone during reservation?
2. Am I correct in understanding that even though most places post a week's schedule, if they say something like 予約受付 10：00～ or ご予約時間: 前日昼12:00より受付, that means there's no point in trying to schedule like two days in advance? I asked a friend and she said it means you can only schedule after that time.

Yes asking for paipan should be acceptable. Not sure if all shops keep track of that info though.
For the other question, I'm not 100% sure but my understanding is the same as you wrote.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to make the links clickable while also making the columns aligned. If you paste it outside of code blocks and change the font to Courier New, then multiple spaces get collapsed. If you replace spaces with underscores, then the lines get wrapped if the window is too narrow and then it's even worse. So the code block needs to be used to enforce alignment and no line breaks, but I don't think you can get URLs inside code blocks. Ideally, the forum software would support tables.

Maybe I missed it but how should I interpret rows with nothing in the "Additional notes" column? Does that mean something different from "Condom" or just that information is not known?

Also, is it futile to try to make an appointment prior to having a Japanese phone number? I'm picking up my rental phone at the airport around 1:30 PM I guess and I wanted to schedule something that very night between 7:00 and 8:30 PM so I was hoping to schedule before I get onto my flight (before I have the Japanese number).

I could also get a Japanese number while still in the U.S. with VoIPVoIP but didn't want to deal with it. Just mentioning in case anyone else is in a similar predicament.

1:No the price for gaijin is never listed unless they don't use gajin tax which is rare. The prices in my list should be accurate in most cases.
2:In some places there will be a higher nomination fee for certain girls yes, watch for words like platinum, gold, silver class.
3: Bit subjective but usually higher price means younger/hotter yes. But not enough to warrant the higher prices in my opinion. Also note that if you go down in course length you can get much cheaper price, but the high class soaps usually don't offer short courses. I recommend at least 90 min course.

Has anyone found a place in Yoshiwara with consistently good quality available to foreigners ,with little or no extra gaijin price uplift?

Since rosters change quite often a recommended girls list would be a bit difficult to admin, also mileage may vary. I think the review forum section is ok for this purpose.
I've thought about adding recommendations to the list but that would be my opinion only. I think not recommended shops are more important to learn about.
I haven't visited in enough frequency to answer your question in a qualified way, but shops not having tax is rare.
Putit Royal is one of the shops that do not have any tax, and 2 out of 3 visits there have been stellar for me.
They are also one of the cheapest shops. As such they are my recommendation at this time. I hope to visit some more shops in August.

Depends on your budget and what girls you like.
Cheap price, Putit Royal, middle price Silky Doll/King's Club, high class Satin Doll/Last Scene would be my recommendations.

Since silky doll, satin doll and landmark(?) are sister shops, they should be able to help you split up and take some of you guys to the sistershops if they don't have enough girls available at one of them.
