The danger with the U.S. is due to legality.

In the U.S. cops will get online to conduct stings now. And the most awful thing about it is that they can have sex with you and then arrest you, which is rape. In the U.S. college kids are in the crosshairs for " rape culture" but police can legally rape a sex worker. Makes about as much sense as invading someone in order to free them, but go figure.

I'm just throwing that out if you ever get back to the U.S. Enough about that though.

Wouldnt that be entrapment? As far as I know cops cannot do crime while preventing one. Having sex with am escort or prostitute is soliciting and engaging in illegal conduct which is prohibited by law.

:greedy: At your age I'd suggest taking half of that windfall and throw it into an index fund. Assuming you just leave that alone for 45 years and a 7% rate of return, you'll have ~$50k.

Oh Im not referring to you hehe meant the 45 year wait with 7% interest. Thats too long of a wait and in life nothing is certain. Only death.
 
Let me play devils advocate for a moment. So If I save and save into said account and still wait for 45 years Im not having any fun with the money I earned. I mean its good to save but what good is money if its an account and your dead? I say enjoy life. Enjoy the money in moderation.

I said "half", not "all", and if it was just dumping money into a savings account with their paltry interest rates, I'd agree with you. Compound interest at rates ~5% or better over time are what keep the wealthy out of the working classes.

Forget the devil: think "I'm 70 and living on cat food." Suicide looks like a happier alternative. :dead:

It's " entrapment" but the Prohibitionist courts don't acknowledge it as such.

I don't recall the particular precedents, but yes, cops in the U.S. can absolutely solicit you, pay you, have sex with you, and then take you to jail. That's all legal if they are engaged in a sting/arrest, believe it or not. Don't ever understimate American Puritans and the lengths they will go to to "save" society. Not to mention all the horrible stories circulated about what cops have done that is actually illegal.

Yap, its good 2 b sceptical. I actually give GG the benefit of the doubt based on gut feeling, but u r absolutely rite on a couple of points

A virginity test means jack shite really, the hymen could have been broken by other means. If I wanted a doctors certific8 that my ass was still intact, I could get 1 2moro, from my buddy in Oz who has his own practice, or my local doc here in To-town who give me whatever I ask 4 including drugs which strictly speaking I dont need but give me a nice buzz :joyful:

Let's not start America bashing. The above is true in only ONE State in the United States: Hawaii.

In the other 49 states, police may not have sex with suspects in the course of investigations.

And even now, Hawaii legislators are in talks to end this practice.
