Scotland doesn’t want to be trapped by the Euro and wants to keep the pound. As you know the Euro was formed so Germany could sell its manufactured goods at an artificially low level to other EU members. Since joining the Euro Italy has enjoyed zero economic growth for example. Check out the stats - truly shocking.

Anyway, the EU says no Euro no EU. The UK says no UK no pound. A bit of a catch 22 situation for Scotland.

They can still be in the EU and have a currency which is not the Euro. Other countries are in this case too.

The whole point of Brexit is that the Brits decided that they werent really Europeans anyway.
Brits dont like olive oil and garlic. Everyone else does. This is an insurmountable difference. Case closed.

Do your research. The cabal operating the EU have already told Scotland they need to adopt the Euro before the EU joining procedures even begin.

I seriously doubt that. Could be like Denmark that kept its currency and still is in the EU. They could have Scottish Pounds notes with a scotch bottle and sheeps and still keep Liz’s face on it, for all I care
 
Denmark joined the EU (EC) in 1973 so way before the Euro was introduced. For any countries wishing to join EU now, of course the requirements would be different.

You clearly have no clue what you’re talking about. Hungary for instance joined much later and still used its forint. The EU has no jurisdiction over the Euro, the ECB does.

Actually when I was recently in Paris I saw hardly any people at all who looked like refugees from the Third World, just alot of Korean tourists happily eating dog food that they thought was fois gras. And I saw some young, bouncy American girls who were going bra-less because it was hot out and because they were in Paris and not in Pioria, Illinois(where they would have been slut shamed and then raped by redneck Jesus freaks).

If I don't pass away I will retire at 19-03-2055
 
Malaysia or Vietnam. Plan is to stay in Japan for another 10 years, then move out.
