Firstly, if you don’t to be paying over the top rates for every interaction with a woman, I would address your attitude towards women in general when you are in a bad mood. I can see some of what you are saying, but also having lived there I think it’s definitely on par with Tokyo, but completely different city in a completely different continent.
Incall
London has an open borders policy with the rest of Europe, there are many people from many different countries that all go to the UK seeking to make their fortune. The risk of deportation for crimes is minimal (unless major crimes) so going to the UK from one of the poorer European countries and renting one of the flats can earn the girls wages far more than would be possible back home. This is the same in all major European capitals where the economy is doing well, England (soho), Holland (Amsterdam RLD), Germany(frauenhausers) all will get you a lower end “quick bang” for around 1万 yen. Trying to find a woman for less than that and you will struggle, but also be delving into the territory of women you’d maybe not want to sleep with (ok, maybe 50 euros outside the UK is normal). Try getting a genuine Japanese escort in London, virtually impossible, the prices they charge are premium to say the least, if you can find one (and you know the difference between a Chinese, Korean pretending to be Japanese) and she is genuine Japanese it will cost you upwards of £300 an hour (at least). Now compare this to Tokyo, with its far more restrictive immigration policy (although some undesirables still manage to get through). I lived and worked in London for quite a while, whilst I was never one for nipping out to the soho shops during lunch hours when I came to Tokyo I actually thought the cost was a lot lower, so I guess it's all about individual perceptions.
