Virtually all of them just told me to try kirari, internet dating, etc.
Mind you, not bad advices if I were new in Japan, but as for now I probably know such usual venues better than them

Cheap GOod and fast are all relative
100 years ago, the idea of going to Roppongi and be able to pick up a new girl every two or three nights would definitely have been deemed as Cheap GOod and fast
So it is all relative
There is always a better approach
What you are suggesting is the usual approach and would definitely work if you are OK with spending 10 nights in a row looking for a compensated dating
Mind you, I think only about 20% of the girls from 20 to 30 look good in Japan
Which would still be a few hundreds of thousands of girls living at less than 30 minutes by train from me
But in a club they would mostly be with friends, so being able to even talk to them may take time
You may be able to become intimated with just one or two girls at time, I assume
So if you have ten night to find a girl, fine for you
And probably you risk to ruin it all for that single girl and then have to spend time again

1.2 man for sex in Japan is cheap low is you consider train time and commute etc
But if you consider just a quickie with a person you know in a hotel close to you
At a time convenient for you
Just say.. come to this hotel from 6 to 7, close to my house and to yours
The girl would be passing in front of that hotel anyways at that time
She would just drop by, have sex with a clean person and collect
What are her options to collect 1.2 man in such a short time?
None in Japan, save to work in blow bars or soaploands
Sucking the dick of total strangers who may be ill
Instead with you she would be sure she is not getting any problem
Another option for her would be to work in a combini for one full day
Or to spend the night at a hostess club, which she may not be allowed to

I agree that there is a remote possibility that you may get in trouble with the police.
Of course, I am not proposing to write down in the letter "open your legs and I will give you 2man or 1man"
