Anyway, having foreskin is no excuse for bad hygiene. And they can just wash it before sex.
While true that it is no excuse, based on what I have heard from other women it is still the case that many men don't keep themselves clean enough under their foreskins. It is a bit like saying that there is no excuse for bad dental hygiene, but that doesn't change the fact that (seemingly) more than half the population has chronic bad dental hygiene.
This problem (under foreskin hygiene, not dental hygiene) is probably not so serious in Japan where showering/bathing immediately before sex is the norm (especially in p4p situations), but that is not the case in most of the world...certainly not in the US. I have heard escorts (in the US) comment on having really disgusting experiences when giving BBBJs to unclipped guys and suddenly encountering a horribly foul taste. (TMI?)

Oh, this reminded me of the soaplands where they do bbbj before washing you... With almost all Japanese uncircumcised....
Another problem though, some guys have a member of which it's difficult or even impossible to pull the foreskin back (not sure if everyone knows what i men but the foreskin is all over the dickhead and the opening is too small to totally pull it back, it looks funny). Now THAT seems a problem to clean. Should guys do something about that? Can it be fixed without removing all foreskin?
Yeah, that part of the standard soapland course has some specific name in Japanese (which I have forgotten)
You would think, but it's actually "immediately, immediately"Transliterated "suck, suck"?

@Goshogawara 's story makes infant circuncision sound a bit more reasonable and attractive from a male perspective!
即即 means immediate intercourse. The term for an immediate bbbj is 即尺 (sokushaku)、the second character derived from 尺八 (shakuhachi) = bamboo flute.
I'd probably only do it to my child if there were medical reasons but then again if it can be fixed with ointment that seems like a better option.@Goshogawara 's story makes infant circuncision sound a bit more reasonable and attractive from a male perspective!
A friend and neighbor of mine is a (now retired) Jewish urologist/surgeon, and the story reminded me that he once told me that his patients included a steady stream of men with foreskin-related problems of one sort or another. He made it sound like a small but not tiny fraction of them...probably more than 1% and less than 10% at a guess, based on what he said.
I mention that he is Jewish because that could color/bias his perceptions of the medical issues, though I doubt it would be much. He seems very rational and only very slightly religious in general.

Also the majority of guys are born with a foreskin they can pull back so no need to standard cut them all.
Wow what a bitch..
