Another silly hang-up / grievance about SBs

In return, when they take a while to respond, I have to be careful not to respond back to them so quickly. Don’t want to appear too eager. Do you have any idea his hard that is for a punctual person like me?

Totally agree with my Gallic comrade here. I too am guilty of letting the resentment build.
It just leads to misery.

But on the other hand, the older I get, the more my short term memory fails me. If she doesn't reply quickly, I generally forget I sent the message, and I get a happy surprise when I get a response.
Now where are my car keys.

ah ah, same here... and even worse I am the one forgetting to answer now... but she’s a sweetheart and doesn’t care much about it
 
I just got a phone call from Marina the midget who ghosted me about 6 months ago. Couldn't answer but texted her back with a smirky responce that it must have been a mistake. She answered saying yes and sorry. (she didn't have to reply if she ghosted me like that but......maybe............)

Sorry to quote my own message, but in line with the talk about resentment etc.

I'm in the middle of what I think is a break up with this girl. 6 months on and I've only seen her 3 times.
Admittedly meeting was difficult because of corona, but we've only met 3 times since, twice have been fantastic, once was good fun but she had been having health issues.

So i let the resentment build, rather than communicating like an adult, and the result is this is probably over.

I'm really conflicted about it. Some days I just want it to be over, other days I miss her a lot.

Ideal thing would be to go back to a per meet basis, but I'm not sure if that is possible.

that would be my advice too... and the circumstances justify it

Look, most of these ladies are into revenues-optimization vs time-spent. Like lawyers , but usually with better boobs. If she’s playing the « we can’t meet as often as before but I want you to pay me the same anyway » card you can be sure this freed-up time is used for other guys.
