So, if that is P4P, all those women are prostitutes, therefore all those women are being charged with solicitation?
You seem to make the mistake (one of many) of confusing P4P with bribing women to keep their mouths shut.
Nobody is denying that if the allegations are true he's a douchebag, but there is only you confusing what he has done with P4P.

Only 55 women out of hundreds who cried foul? Appt for the women? I would say consensual. Sure there were some bribing. It was only 8 girls who got the bribe. He still paid the others.
In case you didn't read it all, the agencies were bring him girls left and right. The agency got paid. They where pimping the girls. The witness said the girl new what was going on.

It started when reggae tried to link PUA to Cosby. I said he is no PUA but a P4P. His sexual appetite is too great for his ability to get girls. P4P is within Cosby's reach.
If drugs were not involved, I would say he gets away and claim P4P. His only chance is to get the case thrown out. Alot of his accusers have credibility issues. But with drugs, he is toast if they go to court.
The industry has a seedy underbelly. I would not be surprised.

While I am not denying it might be a good idea to separate the forums I still do not agree with all you say. First you are claiming PUA and P4P are totally separated groups. I think that would be true only if you have a very strict definition of PUA; in other words meaning only guys who follow always a certain discipline when hitting on girls. I don't identify myself as a PUA or P4P but instead I meet girls for sex in different circumstances. Sometimes they are long term FWBs, sometimes one night encounters and sometimes I do visit DH, an escort or get a massage while obviously paying for those services.
And I don't agree people have the same negative attitude to the PUA guys who are polite and discuss in civilised manner. It seems to me that arrogant assholes get their share of abuse regardless how they identify themselves. But as I don't like to see even deserved abuse in the forums it might be a good idea to have a closed PUA forum as you suggested.
The reason I edited it was because I remembered how inane and pointless discussion here tends to be. Here's a simulation:
