I do not feel the same, because for example, when I came across closed threads I never read them, as there is no point as comments cannot be made, if I feel that way how many others would feel the same, its pointless reading a thread that has been locked/closed, but this is some thing the moderators feel makes the site better.

Whatever decision taken by the administrators is highly debatable. I felt also sometime frustrated not to be able to reply to some locked threads. But we should simply acknowledge that at the end you find some interesting infos and debates. Then whatever highly debatable decisions they are taking, the final result is ok.
The fact that you are disappointed means that you had expectations. The fact that you keep on coming back means that somehow you found something entertaining about it.

Yes, your opinion, which is perfectly fine.

When running this site, we apply years of experience in running public bulletin boards, blogs & other social media. We've come up with a formula that works and that's what we will keep doing. Obviously, if we got it wrong, nobody would bother would read the content here much less continue contributing and getting involved. Some content gets locked because comments get out of hand or the discussion derails into a ball of flames that would rival a wild forest fire.

It was happenstance that got me involved with TAG at the beginning and it was a steep learning curve when it came to our subject matter.

Oh boy. It's almost like me going to a forum for touring America, asking about places to visit in Europe. There may be a small chance they have an "Others" or "International" section in there, but why bother when it's not their primary purpose.

Well that's a tad insulting. So you're saying that you're not going to bother to even search through the threads (there is also a search function you know!) that many people put effort into writing up, just because you find it too tedious and time consuming?

You do understand that this forum isn't actually Japan? What I mean is that it has it's own culture. Yes the main focus of the forum is to discuss something Japanese related, but that doesn't mean all the cultural nuances would carry over into here as well. So it is unfortunate that you're dealing with some "culture shock", but just like actual countries, they're not made or organized to meet your needs or expectations.

Sorry!! may be there was some misunderstanding, I was suggesting that as Japanese men have a great interest in foreign women, I could not understand why the websites for the escorts was in English only, why not have a dual language website?

Have you ever thought that the reason I came here was because it was actually recommended, even when we are based in Kyushu, because here
in this part of Japan there are few resources such as TAG.

There are Japanese escorts on here, but they are more focused on appealing to the Gaijin eye, in sleazy under wear, when my wife is into cute and Kawaii, really sorry if you find that to hard to accept.

Well your reply in my advertisement thread sounded a bit different.

Alice said it once, it's our business whom we are advertising towards and I think we had a discussion about Japanese websites before and that there are many problems.
If you don't agree with this, that's perfectly fine. You are not forced to see any of us foreign ladies. And I don't think we do you any harm when we advertise our service here.
Everybody likes different type of tea. If you don't like what I or someone else offers, move on.

I just found it strange that you live and work in Japan and do not entertain Japanese men who crave foreign women.

I would agree!! And I am very sorry to say that since I married a Japanese women, I really have no interest in non Japanese women.
 
If you don't have interest in foreign woman, that's okay. But I see no need to comment on an ad posted by a foreign woman that you don't want to see her. As is said. Move on, ignore it if it's not your cup of tea.
