Thanks guys. I've had a digital rectal exam (misleading name, lol) to check for prostatitis, no PSA test though.
...throat started feeling weird and heavy fatigue started. It wasn't a sore throat, but the lymph nodes seemed swollen and it is uncomfortable to swallow.....a faint red blotch on the head of my penis. I haven't been sleeping well.....generally feeling unwell....icy-hot feeling on my penis. Kind of like Bengay.
Do you workout? Just wondering if it could be a hernia... Sort of reminds me when I did myself a bit of damage deadlifting a few years ago. Also, I assume you got checked for kidney stones and stuff like that? Anyway, hope you are okay man.
Why not just get a proper athletic supporter? My setup now includes cupping my balls and moving them into a safe position.
My guess as a person who has absolutely no qualifications to make guesses about medical problems is that you caught some kind of viral infection that is causing a nasty UTI. That's why antibiotics do nothing against it. Maybe you caught it in a moment when your defences were low, and that's why it is taking so long to clear. On top of that, you are developing an anxiety disorder which is making everything even worse.
I appreciate your reply, but I'm not developing an anxiety disorder, lol. STIs don't freak me out, this one is just being stubborn. I have no shame, I went to the doctor on day one bragging about how many girls I had been with that month expecting a high five.I was also too proud to go to some clinic to get tested (I hate doctor's offices).

It's a long shot, but does anyone have any idea what this could be?
I've had mild to moderate UTI symptoms for two months. They've gotten better at times but I don't think they've ever gone away. I've seen several urologists in Japan and my home country. Everyone checks my urine, says I'm clean then either tells me I'm healthy or gives me some random antibiotic that doesn't work.
My symptoms are:
Weird/mild pain in my lower abdomen
Joint/muscle aches
Kidney pain (not often nor severe)
Anxiety, cognitive issues, feeling "out of it"
Fatigue
Testicle/genital pain
Severe ED, even Viagra doesn't do anything, which has never happened before. My penis feels shriveled up and tender, as if I've been masturbating non-stop for days
Mild fever
I've never had any discharge, I may have experienced pain while urinating, but it could have just been in my head. I also have a reddish/purplish spot/area that appeared when all of this started, but its hard to see. It only hurts when I masturbate and hasn't changed since it appeared. I've been told its nothing.
I've been tested for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia multiple times, and I've taken 5 different antibiotics. I asked my current urologist about ureaplasma and mycoplasma, he didn't know what they were and wouldn't test me for them. I'm trying to find a new doctor but everyone is booked months out, so I'm posting here. I definitely miss Japan where I didn't even have to make an appointment!
Thanks. I have some expired Ashwagandha root lying around somewhere, and I've already got Fabio: A Time For Romance on repeatYou could try in the meantime a regimen of Ashwagandha root and a steady rotation of Channing Tatum movies. I recommend Magic Mike and GI Joe to start. Will get that T back up pronto!! 😉😀

Its very unlikely that you have anything life changing like HIV. Not a doctor, but I believe that "syphilis can be cured but they say test results will always come back positive" is not entirely true. There are several different kinds of syphilis tests, not all of them will be positive after successful treatment. Most people with HPV or herpes have no symptoms, and HPV will often clear on its own in men.I did a big stupid not too long ago and went over to play with a deriheru girl.
After intense foreplay, I told her it was so tempting to slip it in and she said it was fine, and just slipped in absentmindedly. Condomless wasn't really planned, she just grabbed the shaft and sat on me.
2 weeks later my left ball feels swollen and was hurting. Testicular tubes also felt uncomfortable, first on the right side then on the left side. I also get poking sensations deep inside my neck and groin but no swollen lymph nodes. The timeline it happened was perfect so no doubt it's some sort of STI. (Or some shit happening to me on a really bad timing)
Took a urine test and was given azithromycin while waiting since my doctor thought it was chlamydia or gonorrhea. But test results were negative. At this time my balls returned to normal size but still felt a poking sensation.
Was given different antibiotics. A week later I went to a urologist and checked my balls, and testicular tubes with ultrasound, and another urine test but he found nothing. Gave me some anti-inflammatory medicine to take with the antibiotics.
During the time I took this, I finally felt normal and the future seemed bright. But then a few days after finishing the meds. My balls were hurting again. For a few days it was like blue balls. Within seconds of erection or 10 sec of masturbating, I'd get blue balls. Pain even reached to my stomach.
Wtf is going on.
It was gone after a few days though. This week is the 4th week, Went back to the doc and told him about my situation. He then took a mouth swab and urine test for Mycoplasma. So now I have to be tortured by waiting 7 days for the result.
I suppose I'll take a blood test next time I'll see him next week. I'll also ask for HPV vaccine even though it may be too late at this point. Next week will be the 5th week since I had sex so this would be the perfect time for a blood test.
Well... Sometime before the 3rd week I had one painful pee just once when I tried to push out one last pee line, but that was it.
I also had a constant feeling of dry throat. I often get that but this time it felt more constant. Not sore, but feeling dry. Could be nothing but idk.
Otherwise... No rash, No unusual discharge when I'm not aroused, no sores, no fatigue or swollen lymph nodes.
I check her cityheaven page and it seems like she's still working and may be good. But who knows, it's not the first time girls have been working while being sick.
I don't really have condomless sex often. Last time was with a non-sex worker in February, and before her, it was with someone else 2 years earlier. Between that time, it was just rubber. But of course, the one time I don't put it on I get punished heavily.
I just hope it's not anything that can't be cured like hpv, hiv herpes or even syphilis (yes syphilis can be cured but they say test results will always come back positive because of antibodies and that can be enough of a dealbreaker for many)
I'm not afraid of dying from diseases but I am afraid of living the rest of my life alone and undatable/untouchable. ''Then why do you do this shit dumbass??''
''idk...''
HIV is still low risk but always a thought. Its very unlikely that you have anything life changing like HIV. Not a doctor, but I believe that "syphilis can be cured but they say test results will always come back positive" is not entirely true. By all means get tested, but a dry throat and "one" painful urination right at the end isn't really cause for concern. Until you have a significant symptoms or a positive test, try not to worry about it.
Stress. Your mind has insurmountable control over your body and its reactions.swollen balls and uncomfortable poking sensations.
I'd rather want cancer than STD, no joke. At least a treatable one.Stress. Your mind has insurmountable control over your body and its reactions.
Or, Cancer.
I sincerely doubt it's an STD.I'd rather want cancer than STD, no joke. At least a treatable one.
But then it should have shown up on the ultrasound last week 🤔
