Quick question. How often does it go from an M&G to a hotel on the 1st meeting?

In 100% of the cases (which sounds much better than "1 out of 1"). So rather wait for the responses from the more experienced users with better sample sizes.

I limit my M&G to 5000 yen if they don't have time to hang out longer. One's that ask for 10,000 for a meet and greet I don't respond to as there's a lot to choose from. I mean, I politely say say the interview process isn't normally paid for in the real world but I will give them travel money.

Depends but I usually go for 5k for meet and great. So far the best girl I have found did not ask for money up front and she was happy with 35k for unlimited access.
As for M&G to hotel ratio so far I have meet 5 girls out of the 5 only 2 I did not sleep with since 1 was nothing like her pic mentioned her ealier and the other has allready scrwed the neighborhood for free

Logic is exclusivity ,Otherwise we would not be in the sugar-baby space.
The alure is normal working girls that need a little assitance and willing to give sugar in exhange vs a pro that bangs 3-5 guys a day.

Based on that interaction sequence I have zero confidence in her cleanliness STI's being a risk etc etc the list goes on and on.

Dude I am exactly the same way. If a girl wants 1 or 1.2 for a M&G good bye 5k take it or leave it many girls will take it

Is it "standard" to pay ( .... or for girls to expect) a M&G fee?

I have zero experience with the sugar bowl, but would see a M&G as a job interview and wouldn't expect to be paying a M&G fee or travel expenses for a girl that lives in Tokyo or nearby.

Depends some of the girls on the site have 5-15 SugarDaddies a month and are high miliage you should be able to pick this up based on the conversation.
i.e does she work or only do this etc how often is she avaible ? If she does not work and always online on sugardaddies and can meet at a moments notice chances are she has been through a bunch of TAG members
triple that number is she has any english written on her profile or can speak english with any profiency. Huge red flags!!!!!

Standard to pay 5k I would think as a gesture. It shows you are not a cheap-ass and value her time but also not a gulable fool and will pay 10,000 to say hi.

I view it more as a courtesy to show "some" respect for her time. Yes, it is an interview process but if a company really wants you they will do "something". I've had 2 girls that I'm meeting this week thank me wholeheartedly for offering that. It's good politics "in my book" but do as you wish. I am NOT rich by any means but.......

Let's see... by my count I'm double or triple with at least a dozen of the regs, and have more than a dozen in common with at least one other member.

Personally I think there is a difference between a 15 - 30 min M&G at a cafe vs a full meal M&G. I prefer the later and offer 10 for a decent length meal and conversation.

As I’m traveling at the moment I get the SB to book the restaurant. And they have not failed me. I’m happy to pay 10 for good company and good food.

of the 3 this week, I wound up in bed with 2 on the first night.

But I also just crashed and burned with a non SB girl tonite.
