I think it is a useful thread and I think it would be good to keep an eye on what arrests are being made and where - not just for happening bars but for the P4P side too (because it may be linked).
That's what they do in ruthless dictatorships - they try to read between the lines and look at what the government is cracking down on to figure out the agenda.
