Here’s something that might help and if it does, quite possibly with immediate results.
Vitamin D3. The “D” is for “Dick”....
A high dose of Vitamin D3. With at least 100 micrograms of Vitamin K2 MK7 or 500 micrograms of Vitamin K2 MK4 ( to “guide” calcium to bones and teeth instead of contributing to arterial stiffening or kidney stone formation ). And, by a “high dose”, 10,000 - 20,000 iU of Vitamin D3 ( I get 5000 iU softgel capsules from the US via iHerb). I also either take a 80% Omega 3 fish oil capsule or two , or down a pat of butter ( Vitamin D is fat soluble ).
I normally take one 5,000 iU of Vitamin D3 in the morning along with the aforementioned Vitamin K2 MK7 and MK4. However, recently I started taking an “additional stack” before bed. For example, a mega dose of Vitamin B1 ( 200mg), Magnesium (250-500 mg) , 1000 mg of Vitamin C , etc for sleep quality mainly. It took me a while to figure it out but depending on the stack, I’d get morning boners reminiscent of my teenaged years. WTF?!
I finally figured out it was that extra high dose of Vitamin D3.
There’s mention of it in recent medical research, if you look.

My own abbreviated theory is that Vitamin D3 is increasing testosterone production ...

I get my supplements from iHerb as I can’t get the doses / versions I want ( i.e. the most Vitamin D3 you might get in a capsule might be only 400 iU or 1000 iU at most ... and even if available, sold at outrageous markups ). IHerb delivers free takyubin for orders between $40-150... and prices/selection are good ( eg not marked up to begin with or other crap like that ).
